Delivery 

All of our orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in the beautiful countryside of Norfolk.

We ensure all of your items are delivered within 1 to 5 working days through The Royal Mail or our courier DPD. Delivery times, with The Royal Mail, over the Christmas period may vary.

Not going to be in the day you delivery is due?

Not a problem, all of our orders are sent via Royal Mail and do not require a signature, so they can be left with neighbour or your safe place there for you when you get home!

Not received your order? 

If you have not received your order on the day it was due to arrive, please contact our customer services team via email or call 08006226503, we will be sure to look into it right away.

Need a return or exchange?

If you wish to return or exchange your order, contact us via email to arrange a free return. We will send you a free post returns label and once we have received your order a full refund will be processed.
