One side of the board features three compartments suitable for storing your ingredients while you chop. The reverse side is plain and complete with a deep groove around the edge of the board to catch crumbs to prevent less mess on your worktops – the perfect cooking partner! Alternatively, our wooden bamboo chopping board can be used as a serving tray or food presentation board.
Made from a natural, durable high-quality wood, this chopping board is kind to knives and withstand the pressure of sharp knives whilst you slice ensuring they will not blunt as quickly.
Ideal for chopping fruit, vegetables, cheeses and bread. We do not recommend using this chopping board for cutting raw meats and fish.
To clean gently remove any leftover food with a plastic scraper and avoid using metal scrubbing brushes. To remove stubborn stains use half of a lemon as a sponge with a salt scrub. Hand wash only with hot soapy after, rinse with water and dry immediately. Place the chopping board upright and allow it to air dry before storing away. Please note: this chopping board is not dishwasher safe.
To restore and enhance the appearance of your wooden chopping board we recommend treating it once a month with a food-grade mineral oil to hydrate and seal the wood and prevent cracking or drying.
